Strategically positioned in Livraga (LO), this logistics asset, currently under construction, offers a potential GLA of 26,000 sqm. The project includes the possibility of having an internal height exceeding 13 meters, allowing optimal utilization of vertical storage space. The loading capabilities of the structure, represented by the number of loading docks, are yet to be determined, ensuring adaptability to various logistical needs. The yards, with a depth of 35 meters, facilitate vehicle access and maneuvering, contributing to the efficiency of complex logistics operations. The floor has a load capacity of 7 t/sqm, ensuring secure handling of heavy loads. Additionally, the structure aims to obtain energy efficiency certifications in line with LEED standards, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The building will be availble in Q3 2025.
