Dils in the largest commercial transaction in Portugal

We are proud to announce that Dils Portugal acted as an advisor to Apollo Global Management, Inc. and LeadCrest Capital Partners in the acquisition of 49% of the capital of Alcapredial, the entity responsible for the real estate branch of the Mosqueteiros Group in Portugal.

The acquisition was carried out by the joint venture between Apollo Funds and fund manager LeadCrest Capital Partners, exclusively dedicated to sale & leaseback and build-to-suit operations in Europe.

This landmark investment, valued at nearly €500 million, was the largest commercial transaction in Portugal in 2024.
