Lucas Fox, a leader in Spain’s luxury residential market, closed 2024 with record results: €35.4 million in revenue (+16.2%) and €796 million in total transactions (+20%). Notably, transactions over €1 million grew by 25.7%.

The acquisition by Dils marks the beginning of a new strategic chapter, positioning Lucas Fox to expand into Capital Markets and commercial real estate services.
