PROVADA 2025: Dils Netherlands Debuts Amid Market, Innovation, and Social Responsibility

Dils participated for the first time at PROVADA, the leading real estate event in the Netherlands, held annually in Amsterdam.

With over 200 exhibitors from the sector—including developers, investors, builders, architects, financiers, advisors, brokers, and housing associations—and more than 70 municipalities, provinces, and the national government, PROVADA serves as a key platform for public-private dialogue.

From June 17th to 19th, the Dils Netherlandsteam welcomed operators and stakeholders at a dedicated stand, sharing its market vision and exploring key topics such as sustainability, innovation, and proptech.

The space also highlighted the company’s social commitment. As part of Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary celebrations, Dils joined Aan Tafel op de Ring, a solidarity project organized on the A10 Zuid highway—closed to traffic for the day—that provides meals to people in need.

During the pre-borrel held at the stand in collaboration with Use/space and the Amsterdam 750 committee, the city was symbolically celebrated and a donation check was handed over in support of the project: 300 meals donated by Dils Netherlands.

This experience strengthened the brand’s presence in the Dutch market, while also reaffirming its commitment to a socially responsible business approach focused on the common good.
