Ivory is the new business destination located in Milan, at Piazzale Fratelli Zavattari 12. It is an architectural redevelopment project that has transformed the existing asset into an efficient, innovative, and technological building. The asset has high potential in terms of visibility, dominating Piazzale Zavattari in a strategic location between San Siro, Lotto, and CityLife.
Designed by Piuarch, the project is the result of a comprehensive redevelopment and features contemporary architecture characterized by clean lines, large windows set between metallic elements, and vertical white lines that lend an elevated look to the entire structure. Ivory is a synthesis of technology and design. The interiors are elegant and functional, with the choice of fine finishes and colors that harmonize with the outdoor spaces. The sense of continuity between the different levels creates an environment with a sought-after aesthetic, while the modern lighting fixtures become prominent elements of the interior design.
