The Medelan

The Medelan is a mixed-use building comprising offices and retail spaces, where the spatial, visual, and emotional experience of the user stands at the very centre of the design process. Two huge, stunning lobbies and three inner courtyards define the common areas of the building; like enchanted secret gardens that will render clients and visitors absolutely speechless. The flexibility of the common areas is such that they can be easily converted into exhibition areas.The Medelan will include 8 retail units over 3 levels offering maximum flexibility for tailor-made spaces. Large shopping windows, high ceilings at every level, regular floor plates: all spaces are in excellent sight and easy to access. Panoramic terraces and a restaurant are located on the 6th floor: true iconic locations where visitors will be amazed by the stunning view of the pinnacles on the Duomo cathedral.
